Relax or Play! Country Living with all the amenities: HOT TUB, POOL, pool table, porch swing, amazing sunsets and stars at night, a basketball hoop, volleyball net, a firepit, Grill, Pond, walk or bike trail, and a large covered back deck. While visiting your Marine stay at this private paradise (8 Acres), only 15 mins from the main gate or 20 mins from New River. Beaches are only 25 Mins away. The little pond is stocked with Bass, catfish, and Brim. A small row boat and kayak are provided. There are hammocks and two nice swings, one actually swings over the side of the pond. Plenty of things for adults and kids of all ages. Disney, netflix, hulu on the smart TVs. Work desk, wifi provided. Coffee, basic cooking spices and oil provided, as well as a special gift to say welcome to our home! Very Spacious home with two large living areas, one with a pull out sofa bed. A large, beautiful kitchen, modern farmhouse sink, new countertops. Laundry room, covered back deck entry. Our home sits at the end of a long Country Road, very secluded, surrounded by woods. The pond (which has RV hookups for rent as well if interested) is stocked with Catfish, Bass, Crappie, and Brim. There is a small boat for your enjoyment. If you like the idea of life in the country but with easy access to beaches, shopping, restaurants, USMC base, this is the place you want to stay. 15 miles to Jacksonville and Camp Lejeune, 20 miles to Emerald Isle, 30 miles to New Bern, 24 miles to Camp Geiger. You will find the home very clean with lots of space to meet all your needs. Self check in with a coded lock on the back door, no need for keys. There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This is a lot of house! Garden tub in the master bath as well as a stand alone shower. There is another full-size tub in the other bathroom. The road to our home is a gravel driveway. This is a family friendly home with toys, games, high chair, pack n play, kids dinnerware, etc. Lots of room to run and a wooded trail to enjoy. You will have access to the whole house, w/ the exception of two locked closets and one room that we use to store supplies. Access to the entire yard and pond. We will make ourselves available if needed, but will not come around unless you ask. The home sits on 8 acres. It is quiet peaceful living for sure, there are neighbors but at a distance. Only 15 miles from Jacksonville, Camp Lejeune, and Swansboro. Only 24 miles from the beautiful Emerald Beaches of Emerald Isle. NC Aquarium of Pine knoll Shores is about 35 miles away.View More
